I'm Jeff Swenson, an IT and web development professional based in Helena, Montana. My work crosses help desk support, systems administration, networking, cybersecurity fundamentals, and front-end development.
I enjoy the space where systems thinking meets human experience: troubleshooting the issue nobody can explain, simplifying complex setups, or turning an idea into a polished, functional interface.
My goal is straightforward: understand the challenge, communicate clearly, and deliver something reliable that people can actually use.
